Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to keep your appointment.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with a guest from our extensive waitlist. This results in lost income for your service provider and our local small business.

Grand Senses Spa requires 24-hour’s notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Fees must be paid in full prior to reserving future appointments at Grand Senses Spa. 

Exceptions may apply during extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall warnings, freezing rain warnings.
