Location & Parking
Grand Senses Spa is located beside the Holman Grand Hotel in beautiful downtown Charlottetown. Parking is available in parkades on Queen, Pownal, and Fitzroy Streets, as well as at metered street parking throughout the area.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please allow enough time to park, check in at the spa, and enjoy a beverage before your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to fit within the remaining appointment time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Repeated missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. We appreciate your consideration of our team’s time and other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
Accessibility & Service Locations
Some of our spa services are performed on our lower level. If you prefer to have your appointment on the main level, please let us know when booking.
Service Safety & Guest Well-Being
To protect the health and safety of our guests and team, services may be declined if there are signs of broken or compromised skin or nails (such as active breakouts, sunburn, inflammation, infection, or irritation due to recent medical spa treatments) and contagious skin, scalp, hair or nail conditions.
We appreciate your understanding, as these precautions help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Visiting with Children
Children are not permitted in all areas of the spa. If you plan to bring a child with you, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

At Grand Senses Spa, some services are suitable for younger guests, while others are designed for adults. To help ensure the safety and comfort of every guest, minimum age requirements apply to certain services.
